We charge just 10% over our cost.
To launch Vault house packages, the first 10 homes we supply are priced at our cost plus 10%. No showroom markup, no dealer layers, no middlemen. You pay close to what we pay.
That is a fraction of a normal retail markup on doors and windows, and it only happens 10 times.
What “our cost” means: the full delivered cost of your package: the factory price, sea freight, duty, customs brokerage and delivery to your site. We add 10% to that total and nothing else. 10 spots in total, confirmed in the order deposits are received.

Every Vault door and window is made to order and shipped by sea. A shipping container costs about the same whether it carries three windows or a whole house. Fill it with your entire home and the freight on each door and window drops to a fraction.
One door on its own
Carries the full cost of freight, crating, customs and delivery by itself. The most expensive way to buy.
A full house package
Every door and window shares one container, one customs entry and one delivery. The cost per opening falls sharply.
Builders: several homes
Combine two or more homes in one container for the lowest cost per opening we can offer.

To keep prices this low, we only supply complete house packages: the doors and windows for a whole home or a major renovation. We don’t take single-window or single-door orders.

Every door and window priced line by line. On a 10 & 10 spot you see our full delivered cost, plus 10%.
Approve and build
Approve the drawings and pay your deposit. Your package goes into production, made to your exact sizes.
Packed and shipped
Each unit is wrapped and crated, then loaded into one container and shipped by sea.
Delivered to site
We arrange customs clearance and delivery to your site, ready for your builder or contractor to install.
10-year warranty
Transferable warranty on the frame, hardware and glass, with 25 years on premium TPS glass.
